Terms of Service

Last updated: September 19, 2026

GratefulTix (gratefultix.com) is operated by Brewheads LLC, trading as Cage Brewing, 2001 1st Ave S, St. Petersburg, FL 33712. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “GratefulTix” mean Brewheads LLC. By buying a ticket, registering for an event, or using this site, you agree to these terms.

1. What GratefulTix is

GratefulTix sells tickets to events at Cage Brewing. When you buy a ticket here, you are buying it from us directly — we are both the venue and the ticket seller.

2. Tickets, prices and fees

Ticket prices are shown on each event page. At checkout we add:

  • A service fee, which covers running the ticketing platform and processing your payment; and
  • Florida sales tax on the ticket price, where it applies.

Both are shown separately before you pay. You will always see the full amount before you are charged — we do not add anything after checkout.

Prices can change over time. Advance prices may rise as an event approaches, and tickets may cost more at the door. The price you paid is the price you paid; a later price change, up or down, does not entitle you to a refund or a credit.

3. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number — it goes directly to Stripe, who handle it under their own security standards.

4. All sales are final

Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Please be sure before you buy.

The service fee is never refundable. It pays for processing your order, and that cost is incurred the moment you buy — whether or not you end up attending.

There are two exceptions where you are refunded in full, including the service fee:

  • If we cancel an event.
  • If we reschedule an event and you cannot make the new date. (If you can, your existing ticket is honoured — you do not need to do anything.)

If we make an exception and refund you in any other circumstance, we refund the ticket price and sales tax only. The service fee stays with us.

Things that are not grounds for a refund:

  • A change to the lineup. Artists and set times are subject to change, and a performer dropping off a bill does not cancel the event.
  • You cannot attend, changed your mind, or bought the wrong day or ticket type.
  • You are refused entry or removed from the event under section 6 or 7.
  • Weather, unless we cancel the event outright.

We may, entirely at our discretion, make an exception in unusual circumstances — refunding the ticket price and tax, as above. Doing so once does not oblige us to do it again.

5. Your ticket and getting in

After you buy, we email your ticket as a QR code. Bring it on your phone or printed.

  • Each QR code admits one person. For multi-day events, the same code works on each day your ticket covers — but only once per day.
  • Do not share, forward, copy or post your QR code. Whoever presents it first gets in. If the same code is presented twice on the same day, the second person will be turned away, and we cannot tell who the rightful holder is.
  • Every attendee needs their own ticket, including children, unless an event page says otherwise.
  • You may be asked for photo ID matching the name on the order.

Lost your email? Use Find My Tickets and we will re-send it to the address you bought with.

6. Age, conduct and entry

  • Age restrictions are listed on each event page. Please read them before buying — an age restriction you missed is not grounds for a refund.
  • We may refuse entry to, or remove, anyone who is intoxicated, behaving unsafely or aggressively, or breaking venue rules or the law. No refund is given in that case.
  • We may search bags and refuse prohibited items.
  • General admission means standing or open floor or lawn space — it is not a reserved seat unless your ticket explicitly says so.

7. When we can void a ticket

We may cancel a ticket without a refund if:

  • It was bought fraudulently, or with a card later reported stolen;
  • You dispute the charge with your bank (see section 9);
  • It has been resold in a way these terms prohibit; or
  • The QR code has been duplicated or shared.

8. Resale

Tickets are sold for personal use. Do not resell them above the price you paid. We do not support, guarantee or replace tickets bought from anyone other than us — if you buy from a stranger or a resale site, you may well be buying a screenshot of someone else's QR code, and we cannot help you at the door.

9. Problems with a charge

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. Almost everything — a duplicate charge, a wrong quantity, an email that never arrived — we can fix quickly.

A chargeback filed without contacting us first will void the tickets on that order, and you will not be admitted.

10. Events happen at your own risk

Live music is loud, crowded, and partly outdoors. By attending you accept the ordinary risks that come with that, including hearing damage, weather, and the conduct of other attendees. We strongly recommend hearing protection.

11. Photography and recording

We photograph and film our events. By attending, you agree that we may use images and recordings that include you for promoting the venue and future events, without payment or further permission.

You may take personal photos and video. Professional cameras, drones and commercial recording need our written permission first.

12. If something goes wrong

We do our best to run events as advertised, but we cannot promise that an event will happen exactly as described, that the site will always be available, or that every email will arrive.

Our total responsibility to you for anything connected to a ticket or this site is limited to the amount you actually paid for that ticket. We are not responsible for indirect costs — travel, accommodation, time off work, or lost enjoyment.

Nothing in these terms limits anything that cannot legally be limited.

13. Your information

We collect your name, email address and phone number so we can send your tickets, reach you if something changes, and check you in at the door. How we handle it is set out in our Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your ticket is the one published when you bought it, so changes are not retroactive.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts of Pinellas County, Florida.
