Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 19, 2026

This policy explains what GratefulTix (gratefultix.com) does with your information. GratefulTix is operated by Brewheads LLC, trading as Cage Brewing, 2001 1st Ave S, St. Petersburg, FL 33712. The short version: we collect what we need to get you into the show, and nothing else. We don’t track you, and we don’t sell your information.

1. What we collect

When you buy a ticket or register for a free event:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your phone number — required for paid tickets, optional for free registrations
  • Whether you ticked the box asking to hear about upcoming events
  • What you bought, when, and how much you paid

Why we ask for a phone number: email addresses get mistyped, and a mistyped address means your ticket silently never arrives. A phone number gives us a second way to reach you before the show rather than sorting it out at the door.

Payment details: handled entirely by Stripe on their own pages. We never see or store your card number — not in our systems, not anywhere.

Automatically: our host keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security and troubleshooting.

2. What we use it for

  • Sending you your tickets
  • Reminding you before the event, with your ticket attached
  • Letting you back in if you lose the email (Find My Tickets)
  • Checking you in at the door
  • Contacting you if an event changes or is cancelled
  • Processing refunds, and handling payment disputes
  • Emailing you about upcoming events — only if you asked us to

3. Who we share it with

Only the services that make the above work:

  • Stripe — to take your payment
  • Resend — to send your ticket and confirmation emails
  • Our hosting and database providers, which store the data

Each receives only what it needs to do its job. We do not sell your information, rent it, or hand it to advertisers. We share it otherwise only if the law requires it.

4. Marketing emails

We email you about upcoming events only if you ticked the box asking us to. Your ticket confirmation, reminders and anything about an event you actually bought are not marketing — you will get those regardless, because you need them.

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. One click and you are out, with no effect on tickets you already hold.

5. Cookies and tracking

We do not track you.

  • No Google Analytics, no advertising pixels, no third-party trackers of any kind.
  • No cookie banner, because there is nothing to consent to.
  • The only cookie this site sets is a login session for venue staff using the admin area. If you are buying a ticket, we set no cookies at all.

6. How long we keep it

We keep order and ticket records as long as we need them for accounting, tax and dispute purposes — generally seven years, which is what tax record-keeping requires.

If you unsubscribe from marketing, we stop emailing you immediately, but we keep the record of your order.

7. Your choices

You can ask us to:

  • Tell you what information we hold about you
  • Correct anything wrong — especially a mistyped email address
  • Delete your information, where we are not required to keep it for tax or accounting
  • Stop sending you marketing

Email [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]) and we will respond. We may ask you to confirm your identity first, so that someone else cannot request your information.

8. Security

Payments go through Stripe and never touch our systems. Our databases are access-controlled and each venue's data is isolated from every other venue's.

No system is perfectly secure, but we do not hold the thing most worth stealing — your card number is with Stripe, not us.

9. Children

GratefulTix is for ticket buyers, who should be 18 or over. Children are welcome at events where the event page says so, but a parent or guardian should buy the tickets. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children under 13. If you believe we have, email us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. If we ever start collecting something materially new — analytics, for example — we will say so here before we start.
